Shift Vince just received the biggest bomb this year.

We are going to be reshuffled. Yes. After more than a year of being with Team Tzu Pao, I am going to be under a different FLS. It was a shock. Especially how the news was delivered to us:

As per SM Vince, Our shift will have a massive agent reshuffling within the day. This is due to the poor CE performance last Q1 and running CE this Q2. Absenteeism rate is also very high! Due to these changes, all schedules for WE 04.25 will be on hold until the agents are transferred to their new team. We’ll have our last post shift later.

I thought it was a joke. Pao just informed us initially via email. But when I looked his way, he just smiled meekly and said "no joke."

The first thing that came to my mind was "whose teams are going to be reshuffled?" He confirmed that only 4 teams are affected, and 3 agents of each team will be retained.

Up to this time of writing, I don't know who among us will remain under Pao. Although I have a good guess. After shift yesterday, I stayed and attended another team's meeting (TL Alain). Still devastated, I found out whose teams are not going to be touched: Team Kiko, Team Toni & Team Alain. The other TLs (Pao, Nat, Jason & Miro), were then asked for 3 names that they want to retain.

I was told whose agents are staying with who, except for our team. I am positive that I am not staying, and my main concern is: who among Nat, Jason & Miro will be my new FLS? If things don't go the way I want it to be, I have no other recourse but to apply for LOI or....leave.

Thanks to boss Alain for doing everything in his power to help me with my concern. TLs like him would really make you as an agent feel ashamed of yourself when you did something wrong. I dunno but, I just think he is superb.

Anyways, I am going to miss Team Tzu Pao. Although they are a bunch of goofballs whose main mission in life is to get drunk every single day, I am still going to miss the laidback environment w/ them. They have been my companions and friends since I started and it just feels really weird not to sit beside them everyday. Above all, I am going to miss the 15-minute breaks w/ Dhan and Joyce! The asaran moments w/ Jay and Maki, the pikunan moments w/ Kristian, Carlo and Fritz, and the chismisan blues w/ Dhan and Joyce. No meeting will be ever SERIOUS with Team Tzu Pao.

Haay. Forget me not guys. :c
