TSR agent

Work work work...

Customer handling is really a challenge. Plus I have problems a 20-year old can normally have!!! Being a computer technical agent is really challenging, you get to meet people from all walks of life, from those who calls in for advanced networking concerns to those who don't even know where the power button is. There are customers who swears the computer upon the greeting, and there are also some who won't let go off the phone till you agree to his marriage proposal. Duh. Well know, my shift hasn't even ended yet and here I am cramming through all of my cases. Its worse than finishing a thesis believe me.

Wheew!!!

Not like anyone's goin to bother readin this anyways...
