hang over.
that freakin' traitor green mixture @ central bf last night drove me insane.
it tastes good, that's why i didn't mind taking several shots even if i have work the next morning.
i'm still pretty perky on our way home, even commenting on my hubby's reckless driving.
but alas, two hours after and my stomach is turning upside down like condor.
i was practically face to face with the sink for a good one hour.
i am so not fine, even right now.
i am so hungry and my system is not taking anything i take.
geeez.
i should've taken it seriously when it said on the menu: BADTRIP - "matindi to tsong!"
but im with team rohirrim (hubby's team) and that's what they always drink.
i need to practice my drinking "skills," this is so not good.
i am awake now for 36 hours straight.

gossip girl.
okay, i know i'm a little late but i just started watching gossip girl online while skill grinding in cabal (Ü) and it's surprisingly nice. i'm not a big fan of teen drama but i'd have to say that this is an exception. nate archibald is so freakin hot. haaay.Ü
also, i so love blair waldorf's style. so posh. she looks like perfect. minus the attitude. hehe.
what would it be like to be part of manhattan's elite? or manila's elite society? oh well. they probably don't have much to think of besides spending their moolah. which reminds me of brian gorrell's blog i've been reading way back in march. scandalous yes, but you really can't help but wonder why would filthy rich people do stuff like that (if that's true). i mean, don't they realize that there are better things worth spending money and time than coke? and to be honest, it just makes someone look hideous in the long run.
oh well, im early here at the office now and maybe i should check the next episode of gossip girl.

flocked.
i downloaded this new web browser called flock. and its nice. layout is very pretty and the features are very useful. it's like a sister of mozilla firefox so browsing is kinda safe, as opposed to internet explorer which gives me nothing but spyware.
but.
it crashes with cabal.

how much is my life?
a co-worker recenty forwarded a spam which caught my attention. it was about a divorced man who sold his life to ebay for over $300,000 (http://www.alifeforsale.com/). as an ebayer, i have seen the weirdest possible auctioned items: a used tissue by a celeb, a baseball cap owned by a band vocalist, a pavement with an image of Jesus (how do you sell a pavement??!! lol.Ü), toenails, a night w/ someone's wife, virginity, the list goes on...
and now, someone actually sold his entire life to ebay.
that got me thinking.
if i were to sell my life, down to the very little thing i own, how much will i earn?
currently, i only have the following (w/ decent value only):
...a three-shelf book collection
• harry potter book set (hardbound)
• bob ong books
• nicholas sparks books
• sweet valley jr. high
• other new york times bestseller books
...about 60 fashion and celebrity magazines
• FHM, OK! & Cosmopolitan
...a nokia 6300 mobile phone
...sony dsc-t2 digicam
...two closets full of clothes
...about 6 pairs of shoes (just disposed several)
...about 25 bags (cheap and pricey)
...a desktop computer
...a drawer full of makeup for ever & l'oreal cosmetics
...casio & timex wristwatch
...an ipod
...a portable cd player
...vidal sassoon hair styler set
...a small box of trinkets and accessories
...dolce & gabbana light blue, davidoff cool water woman, benetton inferno pink perfumes
...a savings account
so, if i were to auction them all up, including an introduction to all my friends, a 2-month training to my work as tsr 3 @ etelecare, getting to know my boyfriend, and living with my family in an old house in paranaque, how much will i make? and what will i become after having nothing but a piece of cheque?
the idea is outrageous, and people who would do that is probably been in his most down moment and decided to just make money out of it.
if, (IF!Ü) time comes and i'd auction my life for money, i'll make sure to max up my credit limit worth of travel and food (things that can't be acquired by the winning bidder. lol.Ü)

advanced gift-giving plans.
cabal is on server maintenance right now, so might as well write something here to kill time.
this payday, i'm planning to start my christmas shopping (2 or 3 persons at a time) so that i'll have my 13th month pay all by myself come december.Ü gifts for my immediate family will be quite pricey so i have to start saving na. i still don't know what to give mom, super mahal naman kasi ng gusto nya (hot/cold water dispenser) -- roughly 25k, i don't think i can afford it. pag wala na talaga kong maisip na kitchen appliance, baka cellphone nalang. for kim and keith, im thinking of getting them a gadget that can be used for school. sana kayanin ng budget ko yung UMPC, considering keith's tuition fee by finals. for my sister, hmmmm... actually sa kanya ako nahihirapan, pero baka clothes or accessories nalang since i'll be getting her son/my inaanak nothing but the best for christmas.Ü i still don't know what to give dad as well, but i'm sure i'll come up with something.
when it comes to gift-giving, especially for my family, i make sure that its something that they will enjoy. they know hindi ako kuripot when it comes to that.Ü sulitin na nila habang single pako. hehe.Ü
for relatives and friends, i'll start shopping probably by october, when i get the chance to go to divisoria.Ü i have finished creating my list, sana talaga magawa ko sya by october. ayoko na kasi maulit yung nangyari last year na super nagcram ako sa christmas shopping ko at wala talagang natira sa 13th month pay ko. basta i vowed to finish all the gifts by november 18. last sweldo na gagamitin ko is nov.15.
on a different note:
i super miss kiann. biglang tahimik/lungkot ng house pag-alis nya. saturday pa daw ibabalik ng parents nya eh. hahaha.Ü last night my sister called my mom, iyak ng iyak tapos nung kinausap ni mommy parang nagsusumbong! haaaayy... nalungkot tuloy kami lalo.
anong oras na ba? 9:02am, isang oras pa bago mag-up ang server ng cabal!
